Oh cause I’m reading that they did… I don’t know if that would suck for us though.

At the moment the Yahoo! board approved the “deal”. However, I haven’t seen anything that says that Tumblr agreed to the $1.1 billion dollar deal or not. It could be that Yahoo! is just talking about how they want to buy them, and this is how much their first “starting bid” is in order to entice Tumblr to sell. However, speculation does not do anyone any good I suppose. Though, I personally would probably leave Tumblr if Yahoo! took over, there was a reason I switched away from them, and I will stay away from Yahoo! as much as possible.

UPDATE: I just came across this other article from The Atlantic Wire that says that Tumblr has been bought by Yahoo! because Tumblr doesn’t “have the funds to operate for more than a few months.”

However, I personally would be waiting patiently for Tumblr to say whether this is a real thing or not.

Don’t you love “aha!” moments? I do because they make me feel like I accomplished something or like I have finally figured out something that has been bothering me. I was learning(staring at with utter confusion) how to convert repeating decimal numbers into fractions and I thought I finally had the answer to how they managed to get the answer they did…I did not.

Ah well.
